Biblical Claims To The Palestinian Strip
"There Are No Such Claims"
According to the scriptures the area of the Palestinian strip was to be the lot of the tribe of Dan. In the day of battle when the tribes came into the promised land the tribe of Ephraim halted in battle after they secured their lot and would not help the tribe of Dan, his neighbor, secure their lot. Neither did Judah help Dan.
So it was that some of Dan (800 men), later went north and settled a region around MT Dan, also know as MT Hermon and MT Transfiguration. And so, it was that at no time in the history of Judah, or of all of Israel, that the Palestinian strip was a part of Israel or Judah. And thus there is no claim to that land, except for Dan if any of Dan's descendants are alive, but since they did not secure that land it technically never was in the possession of Dan or Judah and hence possession is 9/10ths of the law as they say.
Let us then define who the Jews are by way of their heritage. These are the descendants of they who lived in Judea and hence were of those who had created their own religion apart from that religion established by Moses for all of the Hebrews. Being the Talmud and the Kabbalah were never a part of the religion of the Hebrews as set forth from Moses. Hence the Jews are descendants of the ancient Judeans and of the tribe of Judah mostly, with Levi and Benjamin mixed in since these were the tribes left in the land of Israel during the time of Christ.
Technically in a court of law, looking over the claims of the Jews or Judeans, hence Judah. Judah has no historical and lawful claim to all the land of Israel since the land of Israel belongs not only to Judah, but to all of the Twelve Hebrew tribes of Israel. Each having their own lot or property claims. And so, Judah has no claim over any other portion or lot in Israel other than Judea. The other lots belong to the descendants of the other Hebrew tribes of Jacob. Judah does not have a lawful claim on the portion of Dan, or Ephraim, or Benjamin, etc.
And no tribe of Israel ever secured and took possession of the Palestinian strip anywheres in the history of Israel and so there is no historical claim or title to that land by Israel. There is no claim to it in the law of Yahweh. Since this was suppose to be the lot of Dan and not of Judah. And Dan never possessed it and neither did Judea ever possess it. Christians are no at all required to support unfounded claims on the lands of Israel. We do not have any reason for supporting Judea in its move to secure the area known as the Strip.
